Rain Dance

Slot Name: Rain Dance
Software: RTG
Reels: 5
Paylines: 20
USA Players: Accepted

Rain Dance is a slot machine that comes from RTG and which is themed around the Native American culture. Their rain dance might be mentioned, but it’s not seen on the reels of the game, at least in its symbols. These show off either Royal icons or images of things we associate with this civilization, from wise chiefs, to tomahawks or tee pees. The slot has 5 reels, 20 lines and you can win up to $25,000 with it.

You will have access to this slot machine if you try any of the casinos which offer RTG slot machines, even if you’re from USA.

Betting & Jackpots

1 to 20 coins are part of bets in Rain Dance, and they cover a similar number of paylines. You choose their denomination as well, with a minimum at $0.01 and a maximum at $5. The bets will go up to $100 per round.

The Tee Pee symbol pays the most, 2,500 coins for five symbols. With a wild substituting in that combo, the win doubles to 5,000 coins, or up to $25,000.

The features in Rain Dance are the usual ones, wilds and scatters, with free spins and multipliers.

The wild’s symbol gets the image of the Chief, and it’s going to be offered on the first and the last reels only. Whenever it substitutes for another symbol, the win of that combo will be doubled thanks to a 2x multiplier. It can even replace Coyote scatters.

The Coyote, shown howling at the moon, will act as a scatter which awards payouts of 1x to 100x the bet (2 to 5 symbols) and which also triggers a re-spin. The re-spin requires 2+ scatters and it holds their reels spinning only the rest.

If, after the re-spin you have 3, 4 or 5 Coyote scatters, you receive 10, 15 or 100 free games. The number of triggering symbols also determines the multiplier for the free games, being at 3x, 4x or 5x.

The design is as expected, given the Native American theme in use here. You have the usual mix of themed and non-themed symbols, the former including American Eagles, tee pees, tomahawks and the dream wheel.

The theme is well enough implemented, and the list of features is impressive, especially when it comes to the free spins, up to 100 of them and with 5x multipliers.
